For some time, I’ve not even opened my poker app. I think burnout is real. When you start forcing sessions strictly because you “must” recover losses, the interest will die. I used to enjoy reviewing hands but now I just sigh and it's a sign that something is off. That shows that a small break is needed.

Poker burnout is real. If you play a lot, it will certainly become a chore, and you get bored. However, I don't play to the point that makes me feel burnout. I play occasionally.

Burnouts is something that can happen in any activity, so poker burnout is very real. One of the best ways to overcome or recover from this is to simply rest and find something else to engage in.

If you play a lot, you will certainly experience burnout. When you are playing too much, it is a kind of addiction and addiction isn't good for your mental, physical, and emotional health. If you play when you feel burnout, you might not play well.

Honestly, after one or two tournaments, depending on how long they run. I start to feel burnt out. I don’t have the same stamina I did when I first got into poker, but I am starting to enjoy the game again and play more.

I never force myself to play when I feel mentally drained. I believe having a clear mind is essential to being a winning player and achieving long-term success.
