i have never played it but was wondering if it hard to learn and play ?

It takes 15 minutes to learn, and a lifetime to master.

Always learning, poker is never mastered. Hands are situational. It's pretty easy to learn the basics.

It depends more training better you get less training or some sort of learning how to play poker
It all varies I think

I don't think learning video poker is hard. However, learning how to be some expert player would be hard, and on top of that, you need a large bankroll.

Anyway, who has tried books on poker strategy? Has anyone tried something like "Poker for Dummies" (I don't know what the real name would be.)?

As a newcomer without any background knowledge, I found the learning process quite challenging. It may take a considerable amount of time to understand the concepts, especially for those who are starting from scratch. However, if you’re determined to become a pro, consider studying online or finding a mentor to guide you.

Well, to be honest here, it's quite complicated, but it isn't impossible to learn. The most basic understanding of it is really easy, but mastery of the game takes some time and practice.

Teaching poker is difficult, especially for a beginner. The learning process may be easy at the beginning but it needs constant practice to master it.

It might be challenging but it is not really hard to learn the basics of Poker. Becoming a professional or being proficient with it takes time and dedication.

Poker is not your average gambling game that you can get into in just three days. Having to make decisions based on guesses and psychological reading of your opponents is not easy. It took me a day to learn sports betting, stake and win. It took me three months to understand poker enough to stake and lose.

If you are playing poker for fun, it can take you few days to master the basics. But if you are playing poker for making money, then you will realize that it is damn difficult. All depends on your approach and intentions !

I consider poker to be quite a complex game which needs talent, tactics, and psychology. Although the fundamental rules of the game is not so difficult to master but reading people and making informed decisions, in a state of uncertainty is not easy at all.

Poker isn't too hard to learn the basics. you can pick up the rules pretty quickly. But getting good at it takes time because you need to learn strategy, reading people, and managing your money. Start with free online games or low stakes to practice without losing much. It's definitely worth trying!
