Poker today is like mental warfare first before technical stuff. Solvers have spoiled everybody’s confidence. But knowing the theory means nothing if tilt controls your hands.

I think poker is both but believe the mental side often more important. A lot of players know solid poker strategy, yet struggle when emotions, pressure, or variance hit. Staying disciplined and making good decisions cis often harder than learning the technical concepts.

I think the technical side gets you to a certain level, but the mental game is what helps you stay there. Making it after a long losing session or a bad beat is much harder, and that's where many players slip up.
