Personally, I think is going to be very good for both companies because they are structurally built to compete with UFC right now. UFC has been the most dominant company in MMA business for a long time and that have made them not to actually take their fighter's welfare seriously.

I think you’re spot on. Due to the success of the UFC, they’ve been able to get away with underpaying their fighters. MVP/PFL is going to force the UFC to compete with fighter wages if they want to keep their fighters under contract.
