Has playing poker become an addition for you? Why or why not?

What are some ways to keep it from becoming an addiction?

I used to have an unhealthy relationship with online poker and would play almost nonstop. Over the years, I've become much more disciplined, started playing less, and actually achieved better results because of it. I still consider poker an addiction in the sense that I love the game and think about it often, but I've learned how to manage it in a much healthier way.
