Rampage Criticizes Opponent for Playing Too Slowly During Hustler Casino Live Stream
Ethan “Rampage” Yau found himself at the center of a heated moment during a recent Hustler Casino Live cash game after becoming frustrated with an opponent he felt was taking too long to make decisions.The confrontation happened during a hand against a player known as “Harut.” Harut had limped preflop with A♥K♥ before Rampage raised to $2,000 with Q♠Q♣. Several players called, and the flop came 3♥ 2♣ J♥.
After a series of bets, Rampage check-raised to $18,000. Harut was then facing a difficult decision with the nut-flush draw and two overcards.
While Harut was thinking, Rampage called for the clock, complaining that his opponent was taking too long. Harut appeared surprised by the criticism and eventually folded his hand.
What made the situation more interesting was that Hustler Casino Live's graphics showed Harut's average decision time during the stream was only about nine seconds, which was in line with the rest of the table.
Harut also wasn't playing nearly as tight as Rampage's comments suggested. He finished the session with a 46% VPIP, although his preflop raise percentage was relatively low.
The biggest twist came when the session ended. Harut, the player Rampage had criticized, finished as the biggest winner, booking a $72,600 profit. Rampage finished as the biggest loser, down $103,250.
Rampage later continued discussing the situation on social media.
