I think StockPoker should focus more on recreational players. This might help to build a sustainable, long-term business ecosystem. Even though grinders provide necessary volume and liquidity, concentration of professional and semi-professional players will discourage general players who actually fund the ecosystem.

A lot of sites sponsor pros to attract new players, giving them the chance to play against them and generate interest in the platform.

Recreational players should come first. Don't get me wrong, grinders are equally important, no doubt, but casual players are usually the lifeblood of any platform.

They need to start looking with in their selves because they don’t seem to function well as a unit so it’s definitely an internal over haul that needs to be done…imo

If I had to choose, I'd focus more on recreational players. They're the ones who keep the games active and bring new energy to the community. Grinders are also important but creating a fun, welcoming environment is what helps a poker platform grow over the long term.
