Personally i like small gist around the table because of the silence is too much, it makes everywhere feel too quiet. It's a pity that so many people don't even know when to stop. They will begin giving fake advice, distracting players or talking over every decision. Is this actually right?

I don't mind a bit of table talk as long as it's respectful and doesn't cross the line. Friendly conversation is part of what makes poker enjoyable, but I don't think players should give away information, discuss live hands, or distract someone who's making a decision.
