Have you ever traveled specifically for poker? Where did you go, and was it worth it?

I haven't taken many poker trips, so I don't really have a memorable one to talk about. Most of the games I've enjoyed have been closer to home, where the atmosphere was relaxed and the focus was simply having a good time at the table.
