There have always been the talk about Pep Guardiola not really being that much of a good coach because he always chose teams that's the best in any league and have the best players to help him dominate others. He did it at Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

Karma caught up with him at Manchester City with his team being decimated by players injures. This had him losing more than 6 consecutive matches.

Was Pep Guardiola not really a good coach?

He's made the right picks almost all through his career, and that is what makes him a good manager. I will always respect him and what he has achieved as a manager.

What makes a good coach? Being able to define your playing system and identifying players that fit into that system is what makes a good coach. And Pep has always done that excellently. That's why he dominates. He is a very excellent coach. He just had tough times.

Pep Guardiola was one of the most successful coaches ever. In fact, it is a football enthusiastic who don't know the history of football will say that Pep is not a good coach. His records speaks volumes of his achievements.

Pep Guardiola is one of the best coach you can think of when it comes to achieving results. His performance dropped when his players suffered mutiple injuries. A coach's performance is determined by his level of consistency. Pep Guardiola is a genius in every aspect of coaching.

Even his worse season is what not many managers in the world can recreate. So, I believe he is one of the best managers out there. If he decides to leave City today, he won't be short of offers at all.
