That would have to the The Fly. I remember my brother and I watching it once because we were curious, and I vowed to never, ever watch it again. It was the worst movie I had seen and made me feel unwell.

The Human Centipede

I also attest that the Human Centipede is a very disturbing film to watch. The graphics are very unsettling and it's very hard to shake off. It's a very creepy film.

There is another movie from the director of Antichrist. It is called Nymphomaniac. I haven't watched anything as shocking as this two part movie.

I have watched both parts and these movies are certainly very disturbing. They have a lot of explicit scenes, and these scenes aren't portrayed beautiful, they are created to shock the audience.
