Honestly, the most interesting thing I’ve learned recently is how small habits actually matter more than big motivation. I used to think you need strong willpower every day, but that can make you fail quickly. I learnt now that consistency beats motivation
. I noticed this whenever i sleep properly, even small problems don't feel too heavy to me. But once stress and lack of sleep combine, everything becomes irritating.
