What are the best poker sites for night play?

For someone who's working 10 hours night shift from around 8PM to 6AM and have the chance of playing online poker within that time frame, what are the best poker sites to play at the time that's going to have good traffic specifically for someone living in the UK time zone?

Stock Poker dies down at night, but starts up again at 7am if you enjoy micros. Daily free buys every 2 hours, and of course our weekly games too.

If you want a site with traffic throughout the night time, you'd be stuck with one of the bigger sites, and those sites don't accept USA players. Maybe ACR, but I hate their network.
