I’ve actually had to learn the hard way. These days I just decide on the cash to use before I even open an app or go to the gambling shop. And once it’s gone, I’m done. This is the same with time too. I’ll literally set a timer because I know I can lose hours if I’m not careful. I’m not perfect, but it works for me most times.

I try to be firm from the beginning. I decide how much I can afford to lose and I won't touch any extra money. I also set a timer on my phone so that I won't play for too long. Sometimes, I remind myself that gambling is just for entertainment, not a way to make quick money.

Hey all. I've been playing mobile poker apps (PPPoker, X-Poker,PokerBros, ClubGG) for a couple of years, mostly in Asian clubs.Built a comparison directory at poker-catalog where I track rakebackrates, club traffic, and agent reliability. Happy to answerquestions about the mobile poker world — it's a niche mosttraditional poker players don't know much about.
