I had some left over ham from Easter dinner with some mac and cheese and some Wild Cherry Pepsi to drink with it.

I was craving pizza and soda yesterday and I didn't hesitate I went for it. Grateful that I was able to make the pizza just the way I wanted it.

I last ate pizza from Domino’s, and I had a coffee-flavored Monster Energy drink.

I eat indomie and egg yesterday night thou since morning I have not eaten anything to be sincere so it's one of those ways to go soon I will take bread and tea

My evenings are usually topped off with cookies and coffee as I play my last game as for my morning they used the protein shakes this morning was spinach, carrots, mango, and pineapple with coconut milk…

I woke up an hour ago, I drank two glasses of water along with garlic and flax seeds. I will not make a cup of coffee.

The last thing I ate was pork meat.since I discovered that pork meat is not good and unhealthy to the body, I went into beef and chicken it is healthy and it gives protein and calcium to the body.the last thing I drank was pineapple juice it is very unhealthy to the body because it contains a lot of sugar and it can be harmful to the body system which is diabetes.

Each of us has to eat and drink something each day and multiple times a day to stay healthy and take care of ourselves.

What we eat and drink varies on what we enjoy and what we fancy on that specific day.

For me I last ate a bowl of sliced melon and I last drank a salted caramel iced coffee with Irish cream syrup.
