I got home one day and I saw one post about hardware wallet, I went to check the price, it was way too much especially for a for beginner like me. I just wonder if all this extra security even worth it or it's another hype because if i spend that kind of money and it still messes up, what would I do?

Hardware wallets are physical devices that allow you to store your crypto assets, these are considered the safest ways to store your assets. Even beginners can use hardware wallet if they can afford to buy it, and if they are into crypto for a long term

From my own experience and knowledge, hardware wallet allows users to store their cryptocurrency offline instead of online. It is safer and more secure, but more expensive.
