What is a “wallet” and do I really need one?

Another thing that is very important in crypto is "wallet." I just left a group discussion and they are talking about digital wallet. The whole thing sounds like they just want to complicate crypto investment. I'm just tired. Is this how we will continue to run in circles?

Wallet is a place where you store your crypto coins, there are different kinds of wallet, such as mobile wallet, desktop wallet, hardware wallet, etc. If you want to get into crypto you need a wallet.
