In order for a poker site to be successful. What do you think is key for the poker room to have success?

What sort of promotions should a poker site have on day one? Should you offer a no deposit bonus to get members right away?

First, you must have good online poker software with essential features such as cash games, tournaments, affiliates, and agent panels. After that, you have to make your poker player community and ask to join tables regularly, to welcome new players giving a real play experience. Do not use BOTs as a placeholder at all.
