What factors would convince you to leave your current poker room for another one?

Poor customer service sends me away faster than anything. Everybody can tolerate small issues, but once a site starts feeling shady, I'm gone. This is exactly why I stopped using some platforms I was into before. Good promotions are nice, but reliability is what keeps me loyal.

I have switched poker sites multiple times. Most of the time I switched because withdrawals tool very long time to process or the support wasn't very helpful.

What factors would convince you to leave your current poker room for another one?

If I don’t find it rewarding, not just in winning games, but from feedback from the players, Then I tend to tapper off and eventually leave but there’s only been one I think they are ready to close the doors at this point, but it remains to be seen.

im lucky in New Zealand since i can play most sites, most of the time for me its the time that im on and playing since we arent in a good timezone really, if im running bad on a site i will change for abit and go back, all sites have different structures and i keep it fresh jumping between sites and games/formats
