For those that play cash games on a regular basis.

What stakes do you think are the sofest? What makes players at that level/stakes easier to play against?
 
I believe that you hsve the same percentage of good and bad players at all stakes. Just because you have money doesn't mean you're good. The same thought process can be applied to players who may not have much money to play with.
 
I have come to experience the softest cash games players in micro stakes like NL2. I always observe that at this level, incorrect odds and ineffective bluffing is what most of the players do. A solid player that has poker discipline can always easily take advantage.
