My biggest tilt trigger is losing consecutive hands to suckouts. It’s easier to handle a loss when I know I misplayed a hand, it stings more when you get burned. That said, I focus on strengthening my discipline and mental game to keep it from affecting my play.

Do you have a tilt trigger? How do you usually respond or handle it?

Bad beats when I get it in good are my biggest tilt trigger in poker. It’s annoying when the math is right but it still goes wrong.
