My go to snack when playing poker is popcorn. I love softness and that special feeling boost my morale at the table, especially during a long session. I know playere who prefer healthier food like fruits or energy bars. What's your go-to snack at the table?

I always go for plantain or potato chips anytime I am on the poker table. I always have lots of them when I am steeping out to the poker house in case the poker session becomes very long. It helps to keep me active and calm my nerves.

I don't like to grind for long hours because it makes my mind to be foggy. Once i grind for 2 hours or so, i done with the game. Once the poker game takes long, i will be quite and give myself relax by drinking one bottle of beer and few sticks of cigarettes!

Snacking during poker can add some level of comfort and enjoyment for a long poker session. That's why I would recommend snacking for long poker sessions.

I usually go for nuts or trail mix - something that won't make my hands greasy and mess up the cards. Sometimes I'll grab a protein bar to keep my energy up. I try to avoid anything too messy or crunchy that might annoy other players.
