Breaks are super necessary to keep a clear mind, so you can always bring your best game, and play to the best of abilities.
When you play lots of volume, hands are bound to happen that cause some frustration.

When do you tell yourself you had enough, and you need a break from playing poker?

When you are either winning too much or really losing too much. Can't lose everything and you got to know you will lose soon.

For me, hitting up https://pafisamarinda.org has been my go-to for poker R&R. They've got some solid tips on keeping your game sharp without burning out. Plus, it's a community vibe—you get to swap stories with other players who've walked the same river cards. Sometimes all you need is a chat over a virtual table to remind you why you fell in love with the game in the first place. So, yeah, know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em—including taking a breather now and then. It's all about keeping the game fun and fresh. Hit me up if you've got other tips or wanna swap bad beat tales!

It becomes very necessary for me to take a break whenever I experience frustration or mental unbalance. I also take breaks after prolonged games without major improvements.
