Since morning i've been comparing exchanges and I am so confused right now. I don't want to make mistakes because if I put some money in these apps, who would refund me if it vanishd? Is this risk even worth it for a beginner?

I think most popular exchanges are safe to buy crypto but once you buy, you will have to move to self custody wallets for safe keeping

I think Binance is the safest place to buy crypto. You can use your cards, fund your account through direct crypto deposit, or engage in Peer to Peer trading to invest in crypto coins. Binance is the top performing centralized exchange at this moment.
