Pep is good but I always respect Mourinho's pattern. That guy understand mind games more than most coaches . This is exactly why I stopped judging managers only by trophies. The impact matters too. I remember one season where his tactics confuse everybody and he was able to win the league .

With SAF no longer in the game managing, I would be forced to go with Pep Guardiola because he's that good. He's the only manager who came to England and dominate the EPL.

Yeah, that's very correct. In the beginning of this season, Manchester City wasn't in a good spot and people started to write Pep off. But now, he already won a trophy first before every other EPL managers.
