Incredible individuals have managed elite football teams and become very successful while others fail. Top managers like Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, Hansi Flick and many more have done so well in their respective clubs.

Who's your favourite football manager in the last decade?

Pep is good but I always respect Mourinho's pattern. That guy understand mind games more than most coaches 😅. This is exactly why I stopped judging managers only by trophies. The impact matters too. I remember one season where his tactics confuse everybody and he was able to win the league .

With SAF no longer in the game managing, I would be forced to go with Pep Guardiola because he's that good. He's the only manager who came to England and dominate the EPL.

His passion for the sport is undeniable. He is ready to take risk and most of the players he's gotten in the past always said great things about his managerial prowess.

Yeah, that's very correct. In the beginning of this season, Manchester City wasn't in a good spot and people started to write Pep off. But now, he already won a trophy first before every other EPL managers.

In my book, it's trophies that makes managers great. Playing exciting football without any silverware to show for it as a manager, the person is a failure.

Pep and Alex I judge base on their records and wins so I respect both of them and their coaching strategy right from time

Which Alex are you talking about? Which league is he coaching a team? How does his records compare with Pep Guardiola?

In as much as I don't like him for the way he flogged Manchester United in two champions League finals, I have to admit that Pep Guardiola is the best manager in the last decade. Head and shoulders above everyone.
