Simulation, roguelike, and strategy communities often feel more committed than mainstream shooter audiences. Is it depth, learning curve, or slower content cycles that build stronger loyalty? Or is it just smaller, more connected player bases?
. I noticed it when I was playing one strategy game and everybody in that community remember each other's builds and mistakes so well. That was so amazing.
