Why do "Over 1.5 Goals" bets fail so often lately?

I’ve just been watching my betting slips lose one by one on my betting app lately. Even games that look “safe” from my analysis just end 0-0 like everybody agreed there wouldn't be a goal today. Winning over 1.5 is now very difficult. I think football has just become more tactical. What do you think?
