Most people say they value honesty, but honest feedback isn't always easy to accept. Why do you think that is? Is there a difference between wanting honesty and being ready for it?

When people say they want honest opinion, they aren't actually looking for honest opinion, they are actually willing to listen something that is favorable to them, their honest opinion does not include something that they don't like

Everybody says tell me the truth until the truth touch something they value. Thats just human nature. We like honesty when it supports what we already believe, not when it exposes our mistakes.
