There are some animals I wouldn't ever consider keeping as a pet for any reason whatsoever and chicken is a very good example of one. I've seen some people keeping roosters as pet but I can't think of anything else but meat whenever I see them

I would never keep any meat animal as a pet. Once, George Clooney had a pig as a pet. I always though how would he go into eating pork when he had a pig as a pet.

Yes I don't see it as a bad idea. Chicken is a natural domestic animal so if one wants to keep chickens as pet then it is all good.

I don't think I can be able to do so. I like chicken meat and might end up finishing all the chicken before the time. So, I don't want that type of temptation at all.

I remember the time my neighbor tried it, he name the chicken “Blessing” and two weeks later, it was Christmas, he killed blessing. It was so funny,.I couldn't stop laughing that day.

I don't think I could keep a chicken as a pet LOL. I can keep cats, dogs, hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs, but in terms of chickens, I would not have a clue.

I would always leave the keeping a chicken as a pet up to those who know what they are doing

I can't keep chickens as pet because they have this unpleasant smell and they always dirty the place.
