The World Poker Tour has announced a venue worthy of its historic WPT Prime Thailand Exhibition, with Bangkok's state-of-the-art EMSPHERE set to host Thailand's first international poker event.
Organizers have confirmed that the WPT Prime Thailand Exhibition, which is taking place from July 30 to August 5, 2025, will be hosted at the UOB LIVE venue inside the EMSPHERE shopping center, with the one hundred table setup promising an immersive setup for the South-East Asia poker community.
WPT and its partners have invested significantly to transform the 4,464-square-meter concert hall, known for hosting internationally renowned artists such as BLACKPINK and Ed Sheeran, into an arena-style poker space that can accommodate up to 2,000 players as Bangkok gears up to host its first global event.
The updated layout includes a tournament information desk, registration areas with fast on-site support, travel package services, and a dedicated massage and rest area for players to unwind and decompress between sessions.
For added convenience, the venue will include a power bank rental zone (no more annoying phone charging issues) and a merchandise counter offering exclusive WPT Prime Thailand memorabilia.
The tournament floor will include up to 100 tables.
For those hungry or looking for a drink after a day of cards, EM-WONDER on the 5th floor features standout restaurants like DAKJIB and Super Shakariki 432, plus stylish lounges for cocktails and wine. Meanwhile, the 24/7 EM-Market offers a blend of Thai street food and international eats just an escalator ride away from the tournament floor.
