I keep a comprehensive spreadsheet to track my bets and profits, entering each wager, stake, odds, outcome, and net profit/loss. For real-time tracking, I use Bet365, among others. It allows me to identify patterns, sharpen my strategies, and maintain discipline on my betting. Which tools or methods do you use to organize your own betting?

Unfortunately, I don't play any kind of online sports betting today. I've come to find out that it's one of the easiest ways for me to lose money because I lose more than 90% of the bet I play.

Call me old school, but i've been tracking my bets and wins and losses on my blackberry. For almost twenty years

If I start counting how much I've lost to bets, then it will be running in thousands of dollars. It is such a challenge that I even stopped watching football at that time.

I understand you. Once losses pile up, it’s always a difficult situation. I’ve been there too and I just stopped checking anything because the numbers scare me. But later I realise tracking actually helps regain control and puts you back on track.

I'll never stop watching football for any reason whatsoever because that's something I have a passion for. It's why I wouldn't dare to play any sports betting on a football match I intend to watch.

Every bet which have been played with an account is in the account record. If you're playing online, it's very easy to track all your betting records including winnings and losses. It's when you're playing offline it would be hard to keep record if you don't keep the bet slips.
