Is "tipping the dealer" mandatory, even after a small pot?

So when I win a small pot, maybe just enough to cover for my data, tipping sometimes feels heavy. I respect the dealers, but players too are struggling. So, I tip when I can, but it's not mandatory.
 
It’s never mandatory to tip a dealer. I’d only tip in a live game after winning a decent-sized pot.
 
Tipping isn't a mandatory but it is sign of gratitude to tip the dealer if you win. However, I don't tip unless I have own big amount, I don;t tip with winnings are small
