I was watching one YouTube guy this morning preaching about meditation before poker. Maybe I’m not wired for that. But I can’t lie, the one day I cleared my head properly I played calmer. Maybe meditation may not be the magic you need but control is the key
.

It doesn’t. Meditation can help you soften skills like thinking clearly, making better decisions. However, playing poker and winning a game of poker requires to have hard skills, you need to understand the game properly

Meditation can help you soften things and make thinking very clear but I don't believe it's has anything to do with wining, but there is nothing wrong meditating

I don’t see how meditation connects with poker win rate, but I believe if you meditate in a regular basis you might have capabilities to take better decisions and avoid emotional decisions

I think this might only help you stay calm, especially when making decisions. At the end of the day, to win you need actual skills.
