I've been reading different poker articles and my head is almost hot. People calculate pot odds like a calculator was hidden in their brain. For me, I still need few extra minutes before everything clicks. Maybe with enough practice, it would become natural but right now, it just feels like a math class all over again. That's my thought though.
 
I don't try to calculate everything exactly at the table. I usually make a quick estimate by comparing the size of the bet to the size of the pot and deciding whether my chance of improving is likely worth the call. With enough practice, those rough calculations become much faster.
