I consider myself a winning player. However, I wouldn't call myself a pro. I'm a recreational winner that likes to play online a lot.
I use to struggle with bankroll management, because on downswings I would break, and play buy-ins above my bankroll.
It took me awhile to understand that I need true discipline if I want to be successful long-term, and when I'm started to get frustrated, take breaks.

Do you consider yourself a winning player? Are you a pro?

I’m a good player in my eyes but not a pro

I am. I used to maintain very strict BR management habits. Before Black Friday. I mainly play live now for large money. Online there's just to much variance IMO

I like to play poker for fun, not really caring what's at stake in the game.

Usually, the buy is like $20, and that is enough to cover my entertainment.

If I win, I win, and it's just a buy-in for another game or two. If I lose, I still had fun.
