i believe if your in an in person poker tournament and you walk up to that table before you even sit down if you cant work out who the worst player on that table maybe someone who shoves bad hands or whatnot i believe you shouldnt sit down as that person will probably be yourself but ive followed a poker guide depends where the button is if you are te button UTG FTA whatever gotta think about if the person before you raises then you reraise and someone raises again theres a 99% chance ill fold due to them 3 calling they must have something decent

I totally agree with you when you talk about the importance of first analyzing the table before joining it. However, what we need to keep is a contingency plan and that include folding when there are many raises in the table. Don't you think so?

Foreseeing opponents’ actions is important in the poker as it can work and give you edge . guessing to an opponent’s next move allows a player to make the correct call when it counts at the table.

What I do is focus on my opponents’ betting, be it loose or tight to try and find a weak link to capitalise on. I also make use of table talk, that is, a conversation with the opponent with an aim of getting information, and coming up with a way to distract him.

its more then just focusing on 1 betting style . we good players are changing it up often , sometimes conventionaly and unconventioaly must keep changing it up . conversation at levels of various degrees can play into the gm , its many factors
