Do you think obnoxious players should be banned if multiple people file complaints?

Although there is a mute function, do you think this absolves an obnoxious player from responsible content in there chat on line?

Yes. However, I think those players should be chat banned from online poker sites. Permanently, or the ban expires with a warning system intact. If they've been banned from chat multiple times, lifetime chat ban.

Those players are never welcome on PCF. If anyone acts that way on our forums, they'll be banned without hesitation. I have lifted bans with players/members in the past for posting negative things, after we had a chat.

If multiple people are complaining, there's probably something real going on. Maybe start with warnings or cooling-off periods before banning. But if someone's creating a toxic environment and won't change after feedback, removing them makes sense.
