I'm not tilted, but I'm a little bit steaming. I'm not going to lie, sometimes I get pissed during run bad. Losing a couple buy-ins doesn't bother me, because I follow bankroll management, but as a competitor losing consisently sucks. Especially when you've been making good decisions, and bad players are getting rewarded/lucky. I hate trapping players for them to spike what they need after all the money/chips are in the middle.

I've been taking breaks, and trying to return with a clear state of mind. If it wasn't for my results before this downswing started I'd be fuming.

Are there any situations where you got pissed at online poker? How did you bounce back?

You mention making good decisions. This one is tricky for a lot of rec players. Usually we tell ourselves that we've made good decisions and gotten unlucky on our final or stack crushing hand. Unfortunately we make a lot of poor decisions along the way that could have put us in better decision making spots later in games.

Hopefully it turns for you soon.

When I mentioned good decisions, I'm referring to hands where I'm all in as a favorite, and my opponent chases a draw, hits 1 of their 3 outs.. etc.

Maybe keeping the pots smaller later in games is where I can improve. I don't know.

I noticed some of the games I play I’m good and some of them makes me tilt plus I get like shit cards straight though the whole game

Is it me or what

Getting bad cards doesn't tilt me, when my hands don't hold that can get frustrating.

I haven't tilted in a long time, like steamed off my chips. I take breaks, because I learned from past experiences.

I completely understand the frustration involved in losing consistently. It can be demotivating. In such case, I always remember that losses are part of the game.
It's true, even if you're an excellent player variance can get you from time to time. I feel it's best to play through it.
