Losing streaks are part of betting, and the trick is to maintain calm and not try to be in haste of grabbing a quick victory. Accept your loss and take a short break if necessary. Never increase your stake with the hope of recovering your loss. Stick with your plan and only bet what you can afford to lose.

The best approach is to take a rest and try as much as possible to calm down your mind. Don't approach gambling with aggression or confused state of mind. Don't gamble until you recover from the losses you incurred. Secondly, don't chase losses, it may make the whole process more complex and confusing.
