I'm talking about those sessions where you're getting outdrawn constantly or running into coolers, and you can feel yourself starting to make worse decisions because you're frustrated. Do you set stop-loss limits where you just walk away no matter what, or do you try to push through and trust your game? And what about afterwards - how do you mentally reset so that tilt doesn't carry over into your next session?
