Do you prefer short sessions or long grinding sessions, and which gives you better results?

It depends on whether you are a beginner, intermediate player or professional. beginners shouldn't play more than 2 hours, however, intermediate players can play 3-4 hours. I have seen professional play for 6-8 hours.

It depends on whether you're playing for fun. The first time I played poker, the game lasted a few hours.

Some live tournaments can go on for days, which is pretty common.

I always preferred to play up to 2-hour sessions when I started limiting how much I would play after I started getting addicted to playing and spending an unhealthy amount of time sat playing poker.

When it comes to how long poker sessions should be, I am fine with around 2 hours, but some people who play regularly would be happy with playing for 3 - 4 hours.
