How many times do you brush daily?

Brushing of my teeth is something I always do at least once in a day but most times, I brush twice in a day. One in the morning before going to work and one at night before going to bed.

This makes it possible for me to have a fresh breath at all times.

How many times do you brush your teeth every day?

I brush my teeth in the morning when I wake up, then again before I go to sleep at night. There’s also some days where i’ll brush them three times in one day though.

I have always brushed my teeth in the morning after I have eaten breakfast and at night right before I go to bed. Sometimes I will brush during the day if I feel I need to.

Me too, I am a twice a day brusher most of the time. My schedule is morning and night and before going to bed.

I started using a mouth wash recently which is very good. I can feel that it have so much improved the good state of my teeth and gum.

I don't joke with my dental health. That is why I always ensure that I brush at least three times everyday. I make sure that I brush my teeth before I eat anything in the day and after I have finished eating my last meal for the day.

Two times daily, morning and night. Bit if my babe is coming, i do it uncountable times until my tongue scream for help!
