How often do you review hands using PokerTracker or Hold'em Manager?

I don’t use any poker software to review my hands, mainly because I don’t put in a lot of volume. I also mostly play on StockPoker, which has a built-in feature that lets me check my game history, review past hands, and look at my stats. That’s one of the perks of playing there.

How about you? Have you used any poker software like PokerTracker or Hold'em Manager to review your hands?
 
I don't usually use those heavy software. They are too technical for my level. I just review manually sometimes, check where I mess up. I tried PokerTracker once, it almost confuse me more than my loss lol.
