How often do you review your playing statistics?

Most poker sites keep records of all your playing statistics and also other information like how much you have won, deposited, and cashed out. 3rd party softwares have also been good in keeping records of the stats of other players.

Do you make out time to review your statistics over a period of time in order to know what's working and what's not working for you change what's needed to be changed?

I don't check mine anymore. I just track my progress with my bankroll, and set my limits when I grind each day.

If i don't review my sessions once in a while, i will just be repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Even if it's just once in every week, it's better than nothing to be honest . Honest review are very painful but it does help.

I’ve never looked at stats I couldn’t even tell you what the abbreviation stood for fact, somewhat asked the other day at the table about is VO something I had to Google,,,,lol

Best way is to keep records. Just make sure the samples are large enough. If you're online and you care about your results then a tracker is your best bet.

not only you should review your stats , also you should review your hands history per player , i focus on showdown hands this where the truth is revealed , and take notes , review what they callled with , what they bluffed with , do they triple cbet or cb and give up....etc

I don't review them after every session. I usually look over my results after a decent number of hands or at the end of a week to spot patterns. Checking too often can make me focus too much on short-term swings instead of improving my overall decision-making.
