i would say you need 100 to 200 buyins regardless of the buyin it is a great base to see what stakes you play out so $500 bank roll i would play nothing over $5 but is is ok to maybe put in a $10 tourney 1 or 2 times a week and when it comes to cashing out it is up to you but think do you want to move up stakes if so still try and stay with the ratios of the buyins that you started with bank roll management is not easy you need strict rules other whys you can blow a bank roll in a day good luck to all and see you on the tables

That's wonderful advice! But i must add that every player must first and foremost know his limit. When i play i have limit for the day. Once, i reached the limit, i stop playing. This approach demand high level of discipline. Managing bankroll is all about personal tolerance and discipline.
