Placing a bet could be really exciting, although one has to keep in mind that the odds favour the house more and it often outweighs the potential gains. Excitement and win might motivate some individuals, but to others it is simply wasting their time and money. Self-awareness and practicing responsible betting would help navigate the complex issues around gambling.

Betting is a good tactic to earn some extra cash, especially if your bets pay off. It's best to start off with small bets, then higher bets. If you're able to bet correctly, you'll probably go home with a nice bankroll.

For me, betting is a kind of pastime for me and I do it responsibly. It's more fun for me than recreation. I also draw the line to avoid financial stress.

I don't think gambling is a waste of time. Not every business will be beneficial. Sometimes, we lose even in our everyday engagement. Therefore, a gambler that knows his strategies will be make more money that a novice who play bet simply to try his luck. If you gamble for fun, you may see gambling as waste of time.

Betting is worth it but both the rewards and possible dangers of betting require attention, particularly for those who are easily drawn to it.

Well, to me, it really is just a matter of perception and experience. A person who approaches betting with the understanding of risks and strategies can even make it an avenue for some fun and income. If it becomes addiction or really harms that person's life, well, it's pretty much a waste of time.

How often did you bet in the past? Did you ever have a big win? If so, how much did you win?

As a matter of fact, I used to own a betting shop. So, I don't see anything wrong in betting once you can do it responsibly and approach it with caution. All you need is set boundaries to avoid any kind of financial stress on yourself.

I bet for entertainment majorly. If the money comes in, it is fine and I take it. With that perspective in mind, I have convinced myself that betting is worth it. I have made money from betting and also deserved entertainment value from betting.
