I sometimes play baccarat and based on my personal experience and also from the opinion I hear frequently, baccarat is mostly luck, however, poker is a strategy, it gives players more control through decisions and reading opponents. However, I see a lot of people play baccarat because it is less stressful as compared to poker. If you have played both, which game do you think rewards experience more? Which game is more fun during long sessions?

I’ve never played baccarat, but I don’t really think it’s a game of skill. Any game where you’re playing directly against the dealer usually favors the house in the long run. That’s why I like poker more, because you’re competing against other players instead of the casino itself.

I thunk Poker is more skill-based because players make decisions, read opponents, and manage strategy over time. Baccarat is mostly chance-based, with limited player influence beyond betting choices, making outcomes far less skill-dependent.

Baccarat is easier, but poker rewards experience much more. That's the biggest difference. A poker player can consistently find edges over weaker opponents. In baccarat, luck is predominant.
