PKRT Poker — single-player Texas Hold’em trainer

I’m the developer of PKRT Poker, a free iPhone/Android training app. The idea is to combine actually playing full tournaments against CPU opponents with learning position, pot odds, pressure, board texture and opponent tendencies in context.


We’ve just completed a major redesign and overhaul of the CPU/game logic and I’d genuinely welcome feedback, particularly on any CPU decisions that look unrealistic.

Yes. The app will allow you to get a review of any hand you play but it will also highlight when it thinks you went off course and where the reviews might give more value. Check it out.

One more thing. When you finish playing a hand, you can leave feedback (little thumbs up / down icons). Any feedback would be much appreciated and any info around unusual recommendation or cpu behaviour goes into helping to improve the app. You might even find the response to any negative feedback quite interesting (not in a bad way I assure you). Also, you can play the game as a guest but, in order to do the hand reviews etc. you do need to be signed up.
