Should players that use a VPN be banned from poker sites?

I don’t think someone should be banned just for using a VPN. A lot of people like to use VPN for privacy concerns.
 
I think it depends on why they’re using it. If someone is using a VPN for basic privacy, that’s understandable. But in online poker, VPNs can also be used to bypass regional restrictions or hide locations, which creates fairness and security issues. So I can understand why many poker sites take a strict stance on it.
 
if the site isn't available in your region and you use VPN to bypass the restrictions, how do you suppose to withdraw your winnings? You need to do KYC if you want to withdraw, and using a VPN will make it difficult. I believe VPN shouldn't be used.
